1. What type of hand-lettered
styles do you have?
We are continually adding different hand-lettered
styles to choose from. You may peruse our font list by clicking

2. I have a particular font
style in mind. Can you match it?
You may choose from our list. Since calligraphy is a
unique art, slight variations exist in different styles. We'll make every
effort to match your desired style. As artists, we are constantly learning
new trendy styles as well.
It's always a great idea to send along at least one

3. Can you send me a sample?
We can send you a sample via email, fax or
mail.

4. What does heavily embellished mean? And why does it cost
extra for those?
Embellished
refers to scrolls, curliques, flourishes or complicated font styles. It
does cost 20% extra as it takes quite a bit longer to produce.

5. Do you also
offer
laser-generated styles?
We utilize our laser printer options for
programs, menu cards, and/or map cards. Our list of available font styles
will be up on our web-site soon.

6. What's your normal
turnaround?
During busy seasons throughout the year the normal
turnaround time is two (2) weeks, unless indicated otherwise upon initial
consultation. Please anticipate this when designating your deadline.
Graphic design timeframes may differ. We will make every attempt to
produce your special project in a timely manner, guaranteed...

7. What if I need
my project done quicker? Is
it considered a rush? If
you contact us during our busy season, this may mean that other projects
will need to be stopped to fit you into the production schedule. It is
then considered a rush order. This is why we recommend reserving your
space in our schedule.

Is there a different
price/charge for rush orders?
Yes. Please add 10% to your order. Additionally, rush
shipping charges may apply. Note: For return shipping
we utilize USPS (Insured) Priority Mail. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3
days. If you require quicker shipping please request a quote as prices are
based upon shipping weight.

9. Should I order extra
envelopes/invitations/paper?
Absolutely. When ordering your invitations
you should order extra for a few reasons. Expect some loss during
calligraphy production, returns due to wrong addresses, etc.
Additionally, should you need to reorder
additional items you will pay a premium price versus adding on to your
initial order.

13. How do I get
my envelopes and/or project to/from
you?
You have a few options:

When you order your invitations
save time and money by shipping them
directly to Elegant Wedding Services.

Once your order is complete we will
drop ship them (insured) back to you.
|

Under certain
circumstances we can hand-deliver them to you.
|
|
(Shipping/delivery charges apply-based on weight or mileage).

What file
format(s) do you accept for my guest list?
To eliminate mistakes, please provide your list and/or project in
typewritten form. For expediency you may email your list and send it with
your project. We will send you a confirmation email that we are in receipt
of your email. We accept the following file types:

dark-colored envelopes?
Yes, in fact its' one
of the newest trends! Dark envelopes usually require white ink.

Metallic envelopes pose a challenge. We suggest that you mail a few
samples for production testing.
