As your Wedding Consultant we will help to coordinate the details, orchestrate your vendors, provide and play-out the itinerary of your wedding day. We provide personal service from start to finish with complete planning, organizing, and directing.

What Does This Mean For You?

	Initial Consultation.
	Supervise your wedding rehearsal.
	Reconfirm the details with your vendors are present and providing the services promised, per their contracts.
	Ensure the bridal party and all participating family members are aware of their roles and cues for the ceremony.
	Confirm all details and decorations are in place at the ceremony and reception sites.
	Re-confirm all necessary documents (marriage license) and rings are present for the ceremony.
	Facilitate the processional, timing and spacing for the ceremony.
	Arrange for transport of items necessary from the ceremony location to the reception.

	Provide wedding day schedules to vendors, bridal party and officiant.
	Manage reception, which includes cueing of first dance, cake cutting, bridal party and guest toast/speeches. Coordinate directly with emcee/DJ/band.
	Assist the bride with bustle, veil, and other attire needs.
	See that all gifts get to the couple or relative responsible for this task.
